Kim Radovich has been a movement teacher since 2007, trained in both Hatha Yoga and Classical Pilates with over 2,000 hours of training within the two disciplines. With her playful and personalized approach to Pilates, Kim is able to tailor a workout to your body’s needs, whether you may be a beginner or an elite athlete. Her approach embraces the idea that movement heals; an idea that has proved true in Kim’s own life. After developing endocarditis and her subsequent mitral valve replacement in 2004, she embraced movement practices that brought wholeness and wellness back into to her physical and emotional being. Upon realizing how transformative having a mind body practice was Kim knew she had to share this with others. Kim believes that all movement must come from the heart hence the name of her studio.
