Reformer Plus
Beginner/Intermediate. Take your body through this classical comprehensive series of exercises done on the Reformer. It is designed to work the entire body while building your core strength and increasing your flexibility. This Class emphasizes proper alignment and breath control. We may also bring in other equipment to help support our workout.

This Class is all about the system that includes various apparatus such as the Tower Wall Unit, Wunda Chair, Reformer, Mat, Small Barrels, Magic Circle, and weights. This workout is designed to build muscle strength, develop balance, increase flexibility, and improve posture and range of movement using resistance and other tools.
